Andrea and David enjoy sharing the joyful work of creating books by giving presentations to adults and children. There are three types: 1) They speak at education associations and at reading and library conventions about writing for children, and the secrets of successful partnerships. 2) At writers' conferences they show how to write a better picture book. They give specific tools authors can use which will improve their picture book manuscripts. 3) Andrea and David also visit elementary schools. Their entertaining presentations are tailored to each grade level and cover how real authors write, rewrite, and illustrate the books kids read.
